Ingredients :
4 skinless, boneless
chicken chests
500grs thick slices carrot
500grs boiled and chopped
vegetable-marrow
½ cup mushroom
½ cup sweet corn
½ cup boiled green peas
1 finely chopped onion
5 cloves
crushed garlic with one1
pinch salt
1
tablespoon salt
¼ cup
fresh lemon juice
4 cups
water
½ teaspoon
ground black pepper
or paprika
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ cup
healthy oil or olive oil
Directions
Heat ¼ cup of oil over high
heat until it turns hot in the skillet.
Add chicken and fried them
for 2 minutes on each side, or until it becomes golden
brown
and leave
it a side
Heat oil in
a pot over medium heat, add garlic, lemon juice, salt,
paprika, dried thyme and water till boiling, then add
the chicken chest in the same pot and cook for 45
minutes
Use the
boiled vegetables to decorate dishes

Sauce Ingredients
2 medium
cups of chicken stocks
3 cloves
garlic
1 onion
chopped

thick slices carrot
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon chopped celery
½ teaspoon crushed cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
Direction:
Add the whole ingredients
except the flour in a pot over medium heat and boiled
for 20 minutes.
Stir the flour with a
little of water until melted and add to the pot and cook
again on a
low heat till boiling and concentrate.
